POLICY FOR PURCHASING TICKETS TO THIS SHOW

***READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET - ANY EXCEPTION WILL RESULT IN YOUR TICKETS BEING REFUNDED!***

This show IS WILL CALL ONLY and the purchaser must be verified with ID and credit card used to purchase at the door. Any tickets not matching ID and credit card will not be honored.

Any tickets sold on third party resellers will not be honored. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR TICKET FROM ONE OF THESE SITES.

THERE IS A LIMIT OF TWO (2) TICKETS PER HOUSEHOLD. DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE TIMES AS ALL ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED.

Tickets are Non-Transferable.

Tickets on-sale TODAY from Noon-2pm PST in P+H Beer Garden

Name of buyer and their plus one must match ID at the Door.

No Refunds. No Exceptions.

You must provide the name of your + 1 at the time of purchase. 

A non-transferable wristband will be put on your wrist at time or purchase. You CANNOT buy a second ticket for anyone but your + 1. If you don't have a + 1 identified you will only be able to purchase a ticket for yourself.

Box Office located in our Beer Garden, please do not try and enter through the front door.

Any tickets suspected of resale will not be honored.

PAPPY+ HARRIET’S GUIDELINES:

Please be kind and respectful. Pioneertown is real town with many small businesses and nearby residents. Stay on P+H property and please contain the fun to our grounds, only. 

Please park in designated parking lot (not on Pioneertown Road) and you must show your wristband in order to gain entrance to the parking lot.

No Re-entry day of show.

NO Backpacks. Small purses only. 

All purses will be checked.

NO lighters, firearms, knives, or pepper sprays allowed.

NO Masks.

NO Spiky Clothing.

NO Metal of any kind on clothing.

NO Outside Food or Drinks.

NO Reusable water bottles.

NO alcohol anywhere outside P+H venue. All drinks must be inside restaurant and music venue.

Security reserves the right to have you return anything inappropriate to your car prior to entry.

Anyone under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

NO Professional photography allowed/No Drones.

NO Animals Allowed. Exceptions made for leashed Service Dogs only. Please see security when you check in.
